I checked out Readygolf.com it feels real to me. The brand info and product photos didn’t give off that fake or copied vibe, which is a BIG plus. The site was easy enough to use, though I do wish a few details were clearer. Overall, I’d trust it, but it’s not exactly perfect...
"Promo codes just didn’t go through"
I tried using a discount code on readygolf.com, it just kept coming up as invalid, even though it looked like it was supposed to work. Some of the sale prices seemed good at first too, but then they changed once I got to checkout. Maybe there’s some fine print I missed, I don’t know, but the whole thing felt confusing and a bit misleading. Not the best first experience.

I ordered from ReadyGOLF it was just kind of okay. The shipping took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates weren’t super clear, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on for a while. The item did show up in decent condition, so that part was fine. But when I reached out to customer service, they didn’t seem all that helpful. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, but I’m not sure I’d use them again.

I ordered some golf gear from ReadyGOLF, it was decent overall. For the price, most of it felt fair, but one item definitely seemed a little cheaper than I expected. It’s still usable, so I don’t feel totally ripped off or anything, but I do think companies should be upfront about quality. I’m not sure I’d buy that same item again.

"Felt like just another ticket in the queue"
I ordered from readygolf.com and the website itself was easy enough to use, but I had a question about my delivery and that’s where things got annoying. I waited way longer than I expected for customer service to get back to me, and it started to feel like I was just a ticket number sitting in a queue somewhere.
When they finally replied, the answer was short and didn’t really clear things up, so I ended up having to follow up again. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.
"Exchange process was a paaain"
I tried to exchange a pair of golf shoes, it ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been.
The emails took sooo long to get answered, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic updates. Not really what I expected after ordering online.
By the end, it had dragged on waaaay too long, and I still didn’t feel like anyone actually cared. I probably wouldn’t buy from ReadyGOLF again if there’s any chance sizing could be an issue.

I was looking through Ready Golf for some clubs and gear, but the product pages really didn’t give me much to go on. The descriptions felt super thin, and I couldn’t tell basic stuff like what was included, what materials were used, sizing details, or even who the product was actually best suited for.
I tried to get more clarity, but there was no follow-up, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Maybe the products are fine, but with so much missing information, I wasn’t comfortable placing an order. Too much guessing involved for me.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but the prices felt way too high for what you get. I really wanted to like it, but I left feeling like it wasn’t worth the money. Has anyone else felt the same?

The box showed up completely crushed and looked like it had been handled carelessly. The wording made it sound like it would be packaged securely, so that felt misleading when it arrived in such rough shape.

The payment process really didn’t go smoothly, which was frustrating. I tried to be patient, but it ended up being more annoying than it needed to be. Appreciate the idea behind the service, but I don’t think I’ll bother using ReadyGOLF again.

The site didn’t really feel trustworthy to me. Some of the information was unclear, and that made me hesitate before entering any of my order details. It felt like a preventable issue if things had been explained better or looked more secure. I ended up leaving without placing an order.

I had to reach out about a warranty issue, and they did end up helping me, which I appreciate. The replies were just slow, so I was sitting there wondering if anyone was actually looking into it. Then boom, suddenly it got handled. So overall, not the fastest experience, but they did make it right

I had issue with my order and it took few messages before someone actually helped me out. They did get it sorted in the end, but it was slow and a bit frustrating. Not the worst, but definitely not best experience either.

I ordered the wrong size and sent it back, and to be fair, the return itself went fine. The refund, though, apparently decided to take the scenic route. I had to follow up twice before it was finally sorted, which was just a bit more effort than I expected for something standard. Not the worst experience ever, just unnecessarily slow and slightly annoying
